We were looking for someone to install carpets in our new condo and part of the process was taking up some laminate flooring. Not knowing where to begin, we remembered the advertising on television from Empire Today.
We called them and explained what we wanted. From the first contact we made for an estimate to the actual installation, we were impressed! All personnel were highly professional, on time, and completed the project quickly and with expertise. Clean up was awesome - not just in our condo, but also in the hallway and loading area outside.
There was a defect in one of the carpets that you could not see at first, and when I notified the company a couple days later, they quickly sent an inspector who verified that the carpet needed to be replaced. No hassle! It was replaced within two days and now looks perfect.
I must say that the appointment center, the salesperson that came out, the installers, the inspector, and the customer service department were all very caring people who demonstrated they wanted everything to be perfect for us and proceeded accordingly and in a professional and very timely manner. I was quite impressed and would certainly recommend Empire to anyone who is looking for a reputable company with outstanding service, follow through and product. I might also add that their prices were very comparable to other estimates we received from companies.

We are very pleased with the installation of our new carpet! The most impressive part of the whole process was the fact that the installers called 1/2 hour before our scheduled appointment time to tell us they were on their way! My house flooded and my family, including an infant, had to be moved to a motel. I have a disability so I had to watch as others tried to save things, clean, do repairs. I felt totally overwhelmed and helpless - the stress was incredible. I have limited income and Empire Today was tremendously creative to work out the financial end of things. Within a week, the cleaners had come Empire installed the carpet. They would have come sooner if the area been ready for installation. What a difference! The carpet looks and feels great! The installers were there earlier then expected and wasted no time in starting. They moved all the furniture and replaced it without a scratch. I saw them sealing a seam, but I can’t find it anymore! They stayed late until the whole house was finished. I highly recommend Empire to anyone.

I noticed some bumps under our relatively new carpet that was installed in November. Yesterday, I called to request someone come out to look into it. Your support representative said to expect a call in 1-3 days from the installation department. In about an hour, my call was returned and they set me up with an appointment for an installation team to come out the next day. They came when promised and investigated the problem. They found the padding had some hard pieces of plastic that bubbled up and came loose. They removed the pieces and asked me to write a note on the work order saying what they found and what they did. The head installer said that he was going to take the pieces back to you to make sure that you knew that the padding you used had some bad quality spots.Within 15 minutes they had solved my problem and promised to try to make it better for other buyers in the future. This carpet was installed 6 months earlier yet you sent a team to investigate and repair it without question.

I was skeptical at first at how they were going to install the next day and of course, we are not spontaneous people. We wanted to think it over and always looking for the best price. Our sales person could not have convinced us more that Empire was indeed the way to go. We got Stainmaster carpet for less the price than the competitor’s were pricing it at. We got the best price and the best carpet.
The carpet selection we chose has gotten more compliments by the day and it’s up to date and gorgeous! The installers were professional and moved the furniture swiftly. We had no issues with them.

There was some confusion between the date the salesperson told us carpet would be installed and what the computer had in its records. You went out of your way to reschedule the installation on the day we expected in less than 2 hours. It was amazing!!!! I really appreciated the diligence you showed in getting installers to our house. AND THE INSTALLERS WERE FABULOUS! They were quick, efficient, cleaned up every little piece of carpet and I feel they did a fabulous job. OK, now I want another room done quickly, because the bedrooms and hallway look so fabulous. About Empire, I know you from TV. I called you and the next day, one of your workers came to my house. The day after that, workers came and installed the carpet and flooring so nicely. After three months, I called again. You came the next day and took the rooms measurements. The day after that, the workers came and they installed it. I chose Empire two times because I can trust them. They are fast professional, and give you warranty. I will recommend Empire to everyone because they are really good!
